• Redstreak, LLC, a specialty railcar leasing and management business transporting damaged railcars to service centers. Acquired January, 2005

• Alva Learning Systems, LLC, a firm specializing in using technology-based methods, including e-learning, to improve workflow processes for large enterprises. Acquired March, 2006

• North Texas Locomotive Service, Inc., a provider of services for locomotives, including direct-to-locomotive fueling and the delivery of lube oil and sand for Class I and shortline railroad customers. Acquired September, 2006
